All orders will be shipped via UPS ground with 3 to 5 day delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Each order will be insured.
If you receive a damaged box immediately call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and enter a claim. It is prudent to take a picture of the damaged box. For the UPS call have your tracking number available along with the value of your purchased item.
